As a wedding planner and creative designer, I am truly delighted when I see how many of our past and current couples embrace the genuine traditions and cultures of each country. To explore local cuisine, we offer organic and bio restaurants, to experience traditions, we organize olive oil and wine tasting tours, and to familiarize oneself with culture, we provide multi-day guided tours in English. We believe that a destination wedding is a lifelong experience for all participants.
For my studies, I had the privilege of obtaining my higher education at some of the world’s finest international universities. I completed my first year at César Ritz College in Switzerland, my second year at Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom, and my third year at Florida International University in the United States. After graduating Magna Cum Laude, I obtained my master’s degree in International Business and Global Startups at Florida International University. During the six years spent in an international environment, I became fluent in English, Hungarian, and French.
During my higher education, I worked for wedding planning agencies in the United Kingdom and the United States. Since 2018, I have been involved in organizing weddings, which not only helped me gain experience in this profession but also revealed my path and passion. I earned my wedding planner certification in the United Kingdom, specializing in destination weddings. During my studies, experiencing various cultures and collaborating with students from hundreds of different nationalities were the key to my success. I had the opportunity to learn and experience diversity, internationalism, and equality firsthand.
Our Story
My true passion for destination weddings began when my partner decided to propose to me during one of our beautiful vacations in New York. I was the girl who had dreamed of a beach wedding since childhood, so when I became a bride, I immediately knew I wanted to celebrate outside of Hungary. During this period of my life, I completed my master’s degree in International Business and graduated from the wedding planning course in the United Kingdom. Planning my own wedding made me realize how many challenges and difficulties couples face when organizing their destination wedding. We experienced this firsthand as I started searching for countries, vendors, and of course, venues. After long planning sessions, thousands of online meetings, and Facebook group posts, we finally decided on the location for our dream wedding: Santorini.
Challenges I quickly realized how difficult it is to organize something that is thousands of miles away, and that you may not have even seen in real life. It was incredibly challenging to trust vendors I had never met. However, despite the difficulties, I also recognized how confident I was in the planning and organizing process. Our day was like a true dream. After our wedding, we organized a private boat trip for our guests so they could also experience the local Greek culture. Everything was perfect, and our guests talked about the wedding for months! When I started sharing our experiences with the world, couples from all over the globe sought my advice and asked for my help. Our lives changed completely at that moment. My husband and I began working together at Book Your Dream Wedding, and today, besides wedding planning, we provide comprehensive wedding design, Hungarian officiants, Hungarian assistants, and professional Hungarian drone videographers for our couples anywhere in the world.
We are always there with you! In the summer, we live in Croatia and Italy, and in the winter, we move to Thailand for 3-4 months, and we also spend a month in Mauritius with our clients. We accompany couples and their guests to every location, so from the day of their arrival until the day of their departure, we are at their service.
